"Lord of the Gay"

Q:A couple of years ago I moved to the big city for college. I quickly found a roomate who was, well, just great. He was clean, neat, and respectful. He didn't smoke or drink and never brought girls over. Him and I became pretty good friends. And you know how guys our age are, right? We patted each other on the rump occassionally, just to celebrate or something. Sometimes we'd squeeze a little, or pinch the general chest area and it was all in fun and games. One day he grabbed me on the front side, yeah, down there. And though it was all in fun and jokes it made me very weirded out. I also noticed that unlike me who, mashallah, had many girls during college, he had none; and this even though he dressed much better than me, and knew how to cook and sew. He wasn't all that religious so I couldn't figure out why he abstained from girls. I have come to the conclusion that he is gay. I talked to him about it and he came pretty close to admitting. I haven't moved out and we're still roomates but I don't know what to say to him. What should I do? What should I tell him?

The customs you have the mentioned are the strange and cause me much of this the consternation. You are aware of this his leanings, but yet not the moving out, and I am thinking that you are acting the questionably also. You are not the beneficiary of these his leaning? Anyway, to your "friend"..

I am thinking your "friend" should do the jihad and reach the shahadat [martyrdom]. Alhamdulillah, the Muslims they are in many wars and losing all of them, so your "friend" is having many opportunities to be taking part and also dying. Also because the Muslim man he is fighting all these wars so much like the gay man, then your friend he will not be the sticking out. Inshallah then he can reach heaven and enjoy the ... well, at least the gardens and the architecture; because I am knowing the homosexual and he is liking these things. There is also many the fruits and nectars and cushions and such for him to fluff. So tell your "friend", before he are receiving things he should not be, he should go help the Muslims and leave dunya also. This is that the win-win.
